Present: Mayor Bellamy, Mr. Hewlett, Dr. Wessell and Mr.
Roland.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Health Officer presented the monthly reports.
The Health Officer read tu the Board members a letter from lir.
Goldberg on the status of the Hugh MacRae sewage disposal. After
a general discussion the Health Officer was instructed to write
~ir. Goldberg (copy to Mr. Newman) stating that unless Hugh MacRae
& Company signed a contract with the City for the sewer connection
by noon, July 22, that he, Mr. Goldberg, was instructed to proceed
with court action to force the correction of this condition.
There being no further business the m~eting adjourned.
