REGULA..'l. MONTHLY MEETING BOARD OF HEALTH
HELD IN OFFICE OF BOARD
NOVEMBER 12, 1942
Present: Mr. Hewlett, Mr. Roland, Dr. Morrison, Mayor
Bellamw and Dr. Wessell.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Health Officer presented the monthly reports.
After a general discussion of the status of dairymen who had
sold their dairies but retained some cows, the Health Officer
was authorized to notify such dairymen that therr permits ex-
pired with the sale of their dairies.
After a general discussion of the raw milk now be~RN sold, it
was moved by Dr. Wessell, seconded by Dr. Morrisoh, the County
Attorney be requested to draw up a resolution to the effect that
no more permits be issued to produce and sell raw milk and that
dairymen now selling raw milk be required to sell pasteurized
milk only after pasteurization equipment becomes available. Carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
