Lassiter, Sanitary Engineer, make a survey of the spetic tank locations and con- di tions in Winter Park to determine any public health hazard arising from septic tanks or tile fields,and wherever any hazard may be found to order and direct the correction of the condition, and to report back to the Board on their findings. Carried. The Hekilth Officer reviewed the salary problem in the case of Miss Charlotte Williams kind Mr. Troy Hodges explained at the previous meeting. It was then moved by Dr. riessell, seconded by l.~. Roland, that these two staff members be paid out of funds brought forward from last year through December 31, 1946, with the understanding that the State Board of Health will pay these salaries from January 1, 1947, through June 30, 1947. The Health Officer waS authorized to pay Mrs. Eula Mae McInnis, Junior Public Health Nurse, $15.00 per month travel allowance out of the un- expended salary set up for that position (vacant from July 1 to September 9).
