The minutes of the last meeting were read and ~)proved.
The Health Officer presented the monthly reports.
The Health Officer called to the 30ard I s attention the fact that
special consideration should be given the problem of water for
operation of sanitary toilets for the indigent as the City has dis-
continued its appropriation to the Associated Charities. iIla.yor Vlhite
was requested to take the matter up with the City Council in an effort
to see that this service is continued.
An ordinance drawn by City r.ttorney Campbell was received and con-
sidered , but the Health Officer was instructed to confer with L:r.
Carr~bell on the amount of the fine. It was felt that many circuses,
etc. would pay the $50.00 fine and ignore the reeulation.

M ordinance intended to prohibit the repair and further maintenance
of badly delapidated out-door water flush toilets was considered, but
not adopted as worded.
