REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING BOARD OF HEAL'IH
HELD IN OFFICE OF BOARD
DECEMBER 8, 1948
Present: Mr. Addison Hewlett, Chairman, Dr. J. C. Wessell, Mr. H. M.
Roland, Dr. James H. Smith and Dr. J. C. Knox.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Health Officer presented the monthly reports.

After the Health Ufficer explained to the Board members the desirability
of giving Miss Irene Sondey a $10.00 per month raise in salary out of the
salary fund not being used in the position formerly occupied by Mrs. Joy
Ottoway, it was moved by Dr. Wessell, seconded by Mr. Roland, that Miss
Sondey be granted a. $10.00 per month raise in salary effective December
1, 1948, at which time she completed her probationary period under the
Merit System. Carried.
