Mrs.. Strickland pointed eut that lots at Carolina Beach are slightly over 7,000 square feet. amd that this septic tank ordiDance would lI&ke it iapossible to sell lots at Carolina Beach, lfilmhgtOD and Haale Beaches, and would just. abeut kill any new building at these beaches. Mr. Lens agreed with t.he st.at_ent ade by Hrs. strickland and Mr. Heier st.ated the Sllllle would apply t.o Wrightsville Beach. The group urged that the Board lower or delete the lot size requirement :iJl the ordiunce.
