MINUTES OF BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING - October 18, 1972

Present: Dr. James Smith, Vice Chairman, Mr. John Oxenfeld, Mr. R. E.
Carter, Attorney James Fox and Mr. Charles Boney, Architect
We did not have a quorum for this meeting.
Mr. Boney presented plans for an 18,500 square foot building. Floor plans
were a little different from the last ones presented. He also presented
sketches of the outside of the proposed building and parking lots. Mr.
Boney had also prepared plans for a two story structure but stated that
he felt it would not save enough land space to justify the extra cost in-
volved. Everyone present liked the plans for the one story building and
agreed that Mr. Boney should go ahead and present them to Medical Care
Commission for their comments.
