YWCA Report: The Community Task Force of the YWCA made an "Action Audit for
Change" of the Health Department and the services. Mrs. Kay V. Sebian attended
the meeting to discuss the report with the Board of Health. Most members of
the Board felt that the report was unfair and stated that they resented the
report. Mrs. Sebian said it was not meant to be critical. One point the
report talked about was lack of information about the services of the depart-
ment being given to the public. It was suggested to Mrs. Sebian that the
YWCA carry items in the YWCA newsletter about services offered at the Health
Department.
