Welcome and Introductions:
The May meeting, held at the NHC EOC, was called to order at approximately 1205 hours. February minutes were
reviewed and approved. Member introductions complete.

Membership Announcements:
StormFest will be held on June 2nd at the Cape Fear Museum.
WILMINGTON FIRE DEPARTMENT
City Citizen Academy will meet on Thursday, May 10th from 6:00pm-9:00pm at the City EOC.
GE
NRC visiting GE this week. GE will be discussing emergency preparedness for natural events.
Storm Expo will be held at GE on June 21st.Tornado drill discussion.
Corning
Conducting tornado drills.
Next LEPC Meeting:
The next committee meeting will be held on November 7th at 12:00noon at the New Hanover County
Emergency Operations Center.
The Executive Committee will meet 30 minutes before regular scheduled meeting to discuss any business
that needs to be addressed with the committee. This meeting will be a LEPC Business meeting which will
address any business-related needs of the committee to include the official LEPC roster that will be
submitted to State Emergency Response Committee (SERC) in December.
