of seven hit the floor. There will be interviews on Monday for the next class.
Debora said that most issues with ESInet have been resolved.
There was an issue of some calls not being
recorded. After the investigation; there were some cables unplugged at the console and they were reconnected. There were cables cut in the data room which have been rectified. The result
of these two issues were recordings that had bleed overs and they were not perfect but we are good now. Some of the unrecoverable recordings will be from January 9, 2021 through February

IT
Chairman Mason asked Cindy Hewett to update
everyone on IT. IT is preparing for the 421 Fire Station move.
IT has been working on replacing network equipment. There have been brief outages to networks and IT is working with the vendors on these issues.
The mifi replacement for law enforcement

There is a Central Square upgrade. The Change Management team has been working on this. Cindy asked for Gia Long to inform the Board on this; Gia stated that they are
moving from version 20.1 to 20.4 and hopefully this will resolve some of the issues people have had.
Gia also said there is a meeting on Monday with the vendor for auto dispatch. This
meeting will also discuss the timeline for a go live date. IT anticipates June or July for a go live date.
Chairman Mason asked if there were any other items; there were none.
Chairman
