Notice is hereby given that the New Hanover County Board of Adjustment will hold a quasi-judicial hearing on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at 5:30 p.m., at the New Hanover County Government
Center, 230 Government Center Drive, Lucie Harrell Meeting Room, Wilmington, North Carolina, to consider the following:
Case BOA-965 - Applicants and property owners are requesting a variance of 15’ from the 50-foot minimum front setback requirement per Section 3.4.10.D of the New Hanover County Unified
Development Ordinance. The property is zoned I-1, Industrial District and is located at 6605 Amsterdam Way.

the public. Persons with standing may give evidence and sworn testimony.
