nail & washer being the POINT OF BEGINNING for this tract of land; thence, continuing along said right of way of Sweetwater Drive N46(01’50”W for a distance of 256.67 feet to a 1/2"
rebar set; thence, leaving said right of way of Sweetwater Drive N42(31’10”E for a distance of 148.69 feet to a 5/8” rebar found; thence, N42(40’15”E for a distance of 146.50 feet to
a 1” closed top pipe; thence, S46(53’48”E for a distance of 169.60 feet to a 1” open top pipe found along the abandoned northwesterly right of way of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad;
thence, S47(07’25”E for a distance of 86.97 feet to a 1/2" rebar set along the aforementioned right of way of Market Street; thence continuing along said right of way of Market Street
S42(35’17”W for a distance of 149.08 feet to a point; thence S42(35’17”W for a distance of 150.34 feet to a nail & washer set and the POINT OF BEGINNING.
