At their September 8, 2020 meeting, the Board of Commissioners voted (5-0) to approve your
application to rezone approximately 29.96 acres of land located at 8704 “Old” Market Street from
B-1 and R-15 to UMXZ in order to allow for the development of a mixed use senior living project.
