Commissioner Rob Zapple joined the meeting.

Discuss FY20.21 Process
Michelle explained that this meeting would normally take place at the beginning of the following fiscal year, but
we are going to start having it at the end of the current year while all information is still fresh in everyone's minds.
She and Scott went over the calendar for the current year. This next fiscal year we will give the committee four
weeks to get any extra questions to the agencies and then the agencies will have two weeks to turn in their answers.
We will add a second meeting to the calendar for the committee to discuss funding recommendations.
Review Survey Ouestions & Make ChanLyes
It was suggested that a statement be put on the survey that the survey was not meant for anything other than the
positive and then maybe the agencies would respond more freely.
Review Application & Update for FY21.22
Gwen was out so Scott went over the application with the committee. Suggestions were made to remove the
question on COVID-19 Funding on page 6, and fine tune the Description of Program Service question.
Depending on survey feedback more may be changed.
Review Scoring Process, Rubric & Make ChanLyes
Scott went over the process. It was agreed that the scatter plot that Scott does is a great tool.
