1. Discuss Rubric Scoring Scott Steinhilber
Scott put up the big rubric score sheet on the wall with all of the agencies posted where
they scored on the combined committee's spreadsheets. He also had the rubric on the
projector screen.
2. Begin FY22-23 Funding Recommendations Committee Members
With a total of $950,000 in funding allowed per the Board of Commissioners and
$1,555,534 in requests, the committee started discussing the requests and discussed that
a lot of the funding requests were for salary of a position that was not directly associated
with the program which is on the list of not funding on the application instructions.
The committee suggested highlighting this item in the instructions in red for next year
so the agencies would see it. It was decided that the committee would go through each
request and pull out the salary. Since time didn't allow the committee to go through all
of the requests, Scott is going to break out the salary and put it on a spreadsheet. This
will be emailed to the committee to look at before the next meeting on Thursday, March
31 when funding recommendations would continue.
3. Volunteer(s) to speak May 16 Gwen Hill
Gwen let the committee know that she would need some volunteer(s) to present the
recommendations at the May 16 commissioners' meeting and to let her know on March
31. There's a spreadsheet that will need to be updated by the committee.
