FY21.22 Year -End Reporting Results
Gwen Hill
Gwen went over the year-end reporting. Nothing
outstanding to mention. A few didn't spend all of
the funding because of COVID-19. They'll have
until December 2022 to spend.
Survey Results for FY22.23 Application Process

Scott went over the survey results with the
committee.
Discuss FY22.23 Process
Committee
Briefly talked about the process. Committee and
County staff thinks it went smoothly overall.
Discuss/Update Application for FY23.24
Committee
Gwen, staff, and committee discussed changes to the
application and instructions. Gwen made note of all
the changes and will have Communications &
Outreach make these changes on next year's
instructions and application. One change is putting
a cap up to $50,000 on requests and to also include
this info regarding the cap on the website. Also, put
the info about what's not eligible to be funded in red
bold in the instructions so it will be seen.
