Hope stated that the interviews for the open Assistant Director and 911 Supervisor positions will hopefully be filled in September. There are currently 7 applicants going through the hiring process and if they all complete the application process that would put staffing in the overfill positions. The hardest part of the application process is passing the Criticall test; there are about 20 to 30% that are passing the test. They will have a new hire class in November, we may be able to go back to training academy starting quarterly rather than at the start of every pay period, which is bi-weekly.
