Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 2:35 PM by Chairperson Brantley and a quorum was
established.
Agenda Approval and Minutes
Ms. Knight made a motion to approve the meeting agenda and October 5th draft minutes,
seconded by Ms. Liz Carbone and adopted unanimously.
STRATEGY WORKSHOP
• Planning Magazine 2032 Headline – brainstorming and visioning exercise
• Graphic History of WHAC presentation and group discussion
• 5 Bold Steps Activity
Announcements
• Gap applications have closed. 100 applicants have been verified and awarded.
• Teacher Incentive Rental Assistance Program is a pilot program to provide
mortgage/rental payment assistance. All five applicants of the program were awarded
for 2022.
• December WHAC Meeting to be held in Finance Conference Room 500.
• City of Wilmington will be announcing increased rehabilitation amounts and HOP
Together program in December. These include counseling, education, etc. for additional
down payment assistance upon completion.
Adjourn
Mr. Gale made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Ms. Knight. The meeting was
adjourned at 5:01PM.
