1. Discuss Preliminary Scoring & Make Funding Decisions Committee
Scott had taken all of the rubric score sheets from the committee members and put them
into one rubric score sheet and did a scatter plot in Excel. Gwen and Scott also put a
large scatter plot sheet on the wall with each agency/program printed on a 6x8 post it to
show where the agencies scored. The committee decided to go through each agency's
application to discuss requested funds eligibility and/or flag any requests that are of
concern. The committee got through agency #26 Feast Down East by meeting until
12:00 pm. Most of the committee had other commitments on Friday, March 24 and
were unable to meet. They decided that the five of them should complete going through
the agency's requests together. After going through their calendars, they decided to meet
on Saturday, March 25 at 10:00 a.m. Gwen will get everything set up and email everyone
this afternoon with specifics.
