Dear Property Owner,
This is a notice for a community information meeting for an upcoming request by McKim & Creed, Inc.
on behalf of D.R. Horton, Inc. / Corbett Industries, Inc., Property owner, for a proposed PD Rezoning
from R-15 (current zoning district), to Planned Development (Proposed zoning district), for Mixed Use
Development (proposed use).
The submitted property is approximately 757.9 acres and is located at Sidbury Road and is identified
as PID R02700-001-049-000 and R01900-002-003-000.
The purpose of the community information meeting is to explain the proposal and answer questions
from meeting attendees.
The meeting will be held at Northside Church, A Building, Room 1 located at 2501 N. College Road,
Wilmington, NC and begin at 6:00PM on Tuesday, February 6th, for directions or further information,
