1. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting of the Community Relations Advisory Committee
(C-RAC) was not called to order due to limited attendance.
2. QUORUM: A quorum was NOT established. No voting took place.

Tina Pearson from New Hanover County Government presented on the NHC
fellows program. The purpose of the program is to develop a pipeline of mental
health providers in the county. The fellows will receive a scholarship to a North
Carolina accredited college or university program with a service agreement in
NHC that if violated requires repayment of scholarship.
