1. Announcement for General Public
Randy Reeves read the announcement. County staff and committee members
introduced themselves. There were about 10 agencies represented in the audience.
2. Other Meeting Dates & Times
Staff talked with the committee about other possible days and times to meet besides
Thursdays at 9 am. There are two members that are not able to attend if the meetings
are not on Thursdays before noon. There was discussion of meeting on Saturdays and
starting the meetings at 8 am. The consensus was that not everyone would be able to
attend if the meetings were moved from Thursdays.
3. Go through Applications and Discuss Any Additional Questions for Agencies
Applications are in the books in alphabetical order. The committee got through agencies
starting with the letter E. There were a few applications that they had additional
questions on. Gwen will email those agencies and hopefully have those answers by next
meeting.
4. Schedule Next Meeting Date/Time & Other Discussions
The next meeting will be on Tuesday, February 27 at 9 am. Those that are unable to
attend will email their questions to Gwen.
