1. There were two agencies represented at the meeting. Gwen had them introduce
themselves. County staff and committee members introduced themselves.
2. Randy Reeves read the announcement.
3. Scott Steinhilber let the committee know that the County Manager plans to
recommend $1.6m for non -county agency funds to the Board of County
Commissioners in his budget recommendation regardless of what the
committee recommends. Committee had a brief discussion and said they will
still give the board their recommendation even if they were over the $1.6m.
4. The committee continued reviewing applications where they left off from the
day before. They got through 19 applications. Some notes made for next fiscal
year: maybe lower the request amount; possibly cap an organization on total
funding that they can request; and revisit salary.
